Abdul Razzaque Imdad Hussain Shaikh is the founder and visionary behind GrowSquare, a next-generation lead generation CRM purpose-built for real estate professionals. With years spent observing the friction agents face between scattered leads, fragmented tools, and missed follow-ups, Abdul set out to build a single platform that turns conversations into closings. His belief is simple: every property deserves the right buyer, and every agent deserves technology that gets out of the way.

Before founding GrowSquare, Abdul worked closely with brokers, independent agents, and growing real estate teams across India, learning firsthand how traditional CRM tools fall short for an industry that runs on relationships, speed, and trust. That insight shaped GrowSquare into a product that prioritizes intuitive workflows, intelligent lead scoring, and automation that feels human rather than mechanical.

A self-taught builder, sales strategist, and product thinker, Abdul leads the company with a hands-on approach — talking to customers weekly, refining features based on real broker feedback, and pushing the team to ship with quality and care. Outside of work, he reads voraciously about behavioral economics, mentors aspiring founders, and is a strong advocate for entrepreneurship in tier-2 and tier-3 cities across India.
